About Our Company

BEST Septic & Rodding was started in September of 1997, after purchasing the assets from a local company that provided excavating and septic pumping services. BEST is a family owned and operated business located in Sandwich, Illinois. Stan Jones, owner and operator of BEST, has over 20 years experience in the Septic Service Industry. He has a state license and county licenses in the areas we service. He also attends annual conferences for continuing education. Stan provides the on-site service while his wife does the bookkeeping, billing and advertisement for the company.

Our main phone number is a cell phone that travels with Stan wherever he goes. When you call our number, Stan will answer. If he can't, please leave a message on our voice mail. The phone will page Stan to notify him that a message is waiting. He will return your call. If you have a septic system question, feel free to give us call. Stan is always willing to help answer any questions you may have.

At BEST, we believe in providing the kind of service we would like to receive from the companies we do business with. Integrity and quality are at the core of our business and are never compromised. In addition to providing only the best service, we want to provide our services at reasonable prices. Our current pricing structure does not result in a very profitable bottom line, however, we are a growing business and we believe that in time our customer base and weekly workload will grow, which will in turn grow our profits.

We try hard to provide the best service each time we do a service call whether you are a first time customer or one who we see on a regular basis. Sometimes this philosophy has cost our company, but we have found that most people honor their debts and so we prefer to trust individuals and help them out when they are facing difficult times.
